The Louisiana Rouxgaroux are entering the 2027 season with a renewed commitment to excellence, community, and growth. Following the successful completion of the organization's inaugural National Arena League season in 2026, the Rouxgaroux continue to build on the foundation established under the leadership of family owners Keith and Kim Carter.
Since receiving full franchise membership from the National Arena League, the Carter family has remained dedicated to creating more than just a football team. Rooted in faith, family, and Louisiana culture, the Rouxgaroux have become a community-driven organization that reflects the pride, resilience, and spirit of the Bayou State.
As the team prepares for the 2027 season, the focus remains on strengthening the organization, enhancing the fan experience, expanding community involvement, and competing at the highest level of arena football. The Louisiana Rouxgaroux are committed to building a lasting legacy both on and off the field while serving as a source of pride for communities across Louisiana.

Our History
Established in 2024, the Rouxgaroux were founded with a vision to bring professional arena football back to Northwest Louisiana. Named after the legendary Louisiana werewolf of Cajun folklore, the organization entered a new chapter under the leadership of Keith and Kim Carter, evolving into the Louisiana Rouxgaroux and embracing a statewide identity.
Following the successful completion of the team's inaugural National Arena League season in 2026, the Rouxgaroux continue to build a foundation rooted in faith, family, football, and community. As the organization prepares for the 2027 season, its mission remains focused on delivering an exciting fan experience, creating meaningful community impact, and establishing a lasting legacy both on and off the field.
